At Diverse Dimension Pickleball Club, we believe that giving back is one of the most powerful ways to grow our community and deepen our connections. Volunteering with DDPC is not only rewarding—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger than the game.  Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, there’s a place for you to contribute!

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Event Coordinator(s): 

• Help organize, facilitate, and assist in drill sessions and clinics for youth, adult, senior and public demonstrations

• Assist with planning and coordinating club events, such as tournaments and special activities.

• Coordinate food, supplies, and venue logistics

• Help manage event timelines and volunteer teams

• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment

​Competitive Team Coordinator(s):  This role supports the Director of Competition in building and managing DDPC’s Competitive Team and contributes to broader club initiatives in collaboration with other Directors.

• Athlete Support & Development: Assist with training sessions, coaching logistics, and skill development for Competitive Team members.

• Team Operations & Travel Coordination:  Help organize travel, accommodations, and scheduling for regional competitions and team events.

• Tournament & League Collaboration: Work with the Director of Events & Member Engagement to support DDPC-hosted tournaments and leagues open to members and the public. 

• Support registration, check-in, and awards distribution.

• Competition Management: Manage tournament brackets, player registration, and score entry into DUPR.  

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of match results and rankings.

​Outreach Coordinator(s):

• Support donation drives and service initiatives to our local schools and rec centers

• Assist with sponsorship efforts by building relationships with local businesses and securing support for club programs and events.

Communications & Marketing Coordinator(s): 

• Contribute to social media content and engagement

• Assist with newsletter writing and design

• Help create flyers, graphics, and promotional materials

Each volunteer team reports to a designated Board Director, ensuring clear communication and support. Whether you have a few hours or want to take on a larger role, your time and talents are valued.
